Reiki changed my life.

My life was already pretty good… except for the anxiety.  And the lack of motivation. And the exhaustion. And the confusion. And the sleeplessness.  And the tendency to isolate.  Other than that, I was fine.  All this seemed normal to me.  It was my normal.

I had been “managing” with depression and anxiety most of my adult life, using all the resources available to me including prescription medication and talk therapy, food supplements, Mindfulness meditation, Buddhist chanting, exercise (well…), diet, a variety of healing modalities and spiritual practices, not to mention reading every self-help book ever published.

“Your life is about to get a whole lot better,” Gina said after I received a Reiki session. And she was right.

Since discovering Reiki, I enjoy better rest, less chatter in the mind, clarity of purpose, improved relationships, clearer communication, and a sense of calm and authenticity I can take into any situation or conversation.

Reiki healing sessions result in permanent transformation and life without anxiety—true Healing, not just managing symptoms.  It’s a blessing to have discovered it.  Now, all I want to do is give the experience to others, which is why I got certified as a Reiki Healing Practitioner in February of this year.

Though new to the practice of Reiki, I’m not new to healing or energy work.  I discovered I was an empath about three years ago and became a certified energy scan practitioner, a form of distance healing.  I’ve been successfully practicing distance healing since 2015.

It is a pleasure and privilege to be allowed into someone’s space and to be given the opportunity to provide healing.  What is so beautiful about Reiki, is I don’t really DO anything:  I simply channel Source energy which is guided to where the client needs it most.  As an intuitive professional, practiced in tuning in to subtle messages, I can provide deeply personal transformation to my clients, tailored only to their individual needs.
