October 16 – Meditation Basics – Instructor – Teresa McLaughlin
Learn how to meditate more easily and effectively with breathing instruction and practice. You do not have to stop thinking while meditating, rather learn how to observe and bring yourself back to quiet.
This class includes instruction on breathing skills and guided group meditations including 1) body scan 2) mindfulness, 3) visualization and a description of the skill of conscious focus.
$35 tuition, pre-register by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment may be made at the beginning of class with cash, check, Paypal, or Venmo. This will be an in-person and Zoom Class. Link will be sent upon registering with Teresa. Time: 1:00-2:30
